No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing results depend on various factors including budget, product, market conditions, platform algorithms, and client cooperation.
⚠️ We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or revenue outcomes.
Advance Payment Policy
- 20% – 50% advance payment required before work begins
- Work will not start without advance payment
- Advance amount varies based on project scope
✗ Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and necessary account access
- Comply with platform policies
We are not responsible for account bans or restrictions caused by client actions.
Payment Terms
- Service fees are paid in advance
- Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, Google, or TikTok by the client
- Ad spend is not included in our service fees
Late Payment Policy
To ensure uninterrupted service, we kindly request all payments to be made on time. In case of any delay, please note the following:
- If a payment delay is expected, please inform us in advance with a valid reason so we can plan accordingly
- We will continue to provide campaign support for up to 1 month during the delay period
- After 1 month, regular campaign updates and optimization will be paused until payment is cleared
- If payment remains outstanding for more than 2 months, appropriate measures may be taken to resolve the matter

Refund & Cancellation
- No refunds after work has started
- Cancellations must be communicated in advance
Content Ownership
All website content and branding belong to Ali Ahammad Emon. Clients retain ownership of their brand content.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of terms violation, payment issues, or illegal/unethical activities.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for business losses, financial losses, or platform algorithm/policy changes. Service usage is at client's own risk.
